Does OpChief replace my CRM or accounting tool?
No. OpChief sits on top of the tools you already use — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Gmail, and more. It reads context from them and takes action through them. Your records stay in their system of truth.
Is my data safe?
All credentials are stored in an encrypted vault and never exposed to the agents in plain text. We use OAuth wherever possible, read only what's relevant to the task, and you can rotate or revoke any connection in one click. Every action is logged with full audit trail.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
By default every action lands in the Action Inbox for your review before it goes out. You can switch any agent to Smart mode (auto-execute only high-confidence work) or full Autopilot once you trust it. Every action is reversible with a one-click undo on supported tools, and the audit log shows before/after state.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live in under 10 minutes. Sign in to your tools via OAuth, pick the playbooks you want OpChief to run, and approve the first few actions. The Intelligence Agent learns your tone and priorities as it goes.
What counts as a task?
One task = one completed agent action — a sent follow-up, a drafted reply, a chased invoice, a booked meeting. Drafts you discard don't count. You can monitor usage in real time, and overage is billed per task at your plan's rate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are prorated. Your audit log and connected accounts stay accessible during your wind-down.
